We also have optional contract upgrades that provide enhanced levels of service: Exclusive, Preventive Maintenance, First Call Consolidation which would be executed under specific SLAs.
Avils Infra provides a range of services post sale or installation of new equipment, including repairs and responding to warranty and maintenance agreements. Our service technicians are factory-trained and certified to ensure prompt repairs of everything from portable projectors to integrated systems.
Warranty and Maintenance Agreements
We customize agreements to meet specific customer needs and budgets. We offer a diverse range of options, including comprehensive same-day coverage for integrated systems, economically-priced preventative maintenance agreements, and even a replacement option in case a projector has to be taken out of the premises for servicing.
